The issue is well known but as usual Microsoft fails to address it. Auslogics Anti-Malware 2015 is a product of Auslogics, certified Microsoft® Gold Application Developer and is a Anti-Malware app in the security & privacy category. It seems to me that this is similar to a memory leak just not as catastrophic. Auslogics Anti-Malware is described as - Top-notch protection against malware and data safety threats. It will help keep your PC secure and give you the peace of mind you want. It seems like this service degrades over time and for whatever reason it causes the stutter/lagging issues. Thanks to this articles author I found out that all I needed to do to fix the issue as it was occurring on my PC was to restart the Windows Audio Service and then it was fixed. Well due to this article I found out that Windows 11 was at fault for this issue and the the Windows Audio Service was the root of my issue. I further found that when I started to use AIMP that I would run into the same issue. When the stuttering/lagging issue would crop up I would always have to restart my PC because I could not find an answer to how to fix the problem without restarting. I had always thought that the audio issue that I was having was due to the inefficient programing of a certain company and their program when it was used in Windows 10/11. The article that spoke on the stuttering or lag issues with media playback and how to reset the specific service in Windows 11 Pro was awesome. Right now I would have to write them down, go the extra Exclude window and add them one by one.Windows 11 Pro media stutter/lagging issue fix. In case of DIsk Defrag there are several files, the excutable, the deskotp link, the start menu llink etc. Now, if there is reason and it can't be changed I would love to see a feature in Malwarebytes where I can select certain files in the result screen and click a button "Exclude from scan". I could understand if BoostSpeed and DriverUpdate would me marked as PUP because those two are unwantedly installed when you install Disk Defrag. But that cannot be the only reason because then hundreds of other freeware would be malicious too.
